Pack Meetings and Events

Pack Meetings are for all scouts, K-5. We usually meet as a full Pack once a month, on the 4th or last Monday of the month. See the calendar above for Pack Meeting dates, times, and locations. 

Pack Meetings begin and end with a flag ceremony. Each meeting is organized around a theme or core activity, which may include scout skills, community service, games, and collaborative challenges. 

Parent volunteers are needed to help run activities! If you're interested, please let our Cubmaster know. Even if you are not actively volunteering, we ask that parents model respectful engagement, and refrain from side conversations that may be disruptive due to their volume or timing. 

During some months, we hold a special event, such as a campout or our annual Pinewood Derby home-built model car race, instead of a Pack Meeting.

Den Meetings

During Den Meetings, Scouts meet with their grade level group. Den Leaders and other parent volunteers facilitate games and activities organized around the theme of a particular rank-level adventure. 

All parents help set the tone for den meetings by supporting their scouts to engage, challenge themselves, and solve problems in partnership with each other. Depending on the age level and activity, parents may need to actively help scouts complete tasks. As with Pack meetings and events, we ask that parents model respectful engagement and refrain from side conversations that may disrupt the meeting.

Most dens meet once a month, with some holding twice-monthly meetings or organizing additional outings. Dens determine their own schedules and meeting locations, so after you register and are placed in a den, you will receive Den Meeting invitations directly from your scout's Den Leader.
